You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Businesses using the app

• Delete individual customer records from the Customers page.
• Disconnect WhatsApp from the Channels page; this removes the stored access token.
• To delete your whole account and all its data, email us from your registered email address. We complete deletion within 30 days.

Customers of a business

Email us with your phone number and the business name. We will delete your record or pass the request to that business, and confirm within 30 days.

Facebook / Meta login

If you connected WhatsApp using Facebook login and want that data removed, email us with your business name. You can also remove the app from your Facebook Business settings.
