By using CRM AI Employee you agree to these terms.

The service

The app lets a business manage leads and customers, run AI voice calls and send WhatsApp messages from the business's own connected number.

Your responsibilities

• Contact only people who have agreed to hear from you, and honour "do not contact" requests.
• Follow WhatsApp Business policies, Meta's terms and applicable laws, including India's telemarketing rules.
• Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity in your account.

Calling rules and responsibility

CRM AI Employee is a product of RAJYUVANTA, and "we" and "us" in these terms mean RAJYUVANTA.

• Your responsibility. You decide who is called and what is said. You must have consent to call every number you add, follow TRAI rules (including DND and consent records), honour opt-outs immediately, and identify your business on each call.
• Registered owner. A phone number you buy through us is registered to you after your identity check. You are responsible for how it is used.
• Suspension. We may pause or remove a number, without refund for the current month, if it receives complaints, breaks these rules, or a carrier or regulator requires it.
• Costs. You will compensate us for penalties, charges and reasonable costs that result from your calls or your breach of these rules.
• Our limit. We provide tools such as the do-not-call list and consent records, but using them does not move your legal responsibility to us.

Charges

Call minutes are charged from your wallet balance. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta to the payment method on your own WhatsApp Business account.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Third-party services (Meta, voice providers) can affect delivery.

Ending use

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or send spam.
